Job Description
- Role: Handling Horeca segment in Bangalore, Creating new clients, Experience in FMCG/Hotel
- Exp - 2 to 5 yrs
JD:
- List down key Horecas and introduce the product on the priority of opportunity
- Liaison with various decision makers like F& B manager, Chefs HR managers of large institutions in the assigned territory
- Regular client visit & in constant touch with Key accounts/HoReCa Client etc.
- Anticipate challenges and co-create solutions
- To organize training session for F&B teams of star hotels at regular interval.
- Co–ordinate with marketing team to implement various promotional schemes/ activities.
- Cost control initiative & achieving high call to business conversion ratio.
- Regular auditing of channel partners and Company assets
- Help Modern Trade sales force as a technical support after imparting in house training on product , train the sales force as and when required to improve their performance
- Explore new territory and provide maximum support to sales team through close follow up with all existing & potential customer
