1. Daily checking of operations hospitality service, front-desk, passenger service assistant,
2. To take a round of the entire office/site to check if there are any admin related flaws and ensure to inform the concerned department
3. Take morning briefing before the operations start with the security team, valet, F & B team to discuss daily appointments.
4. Ensure to be Punctual, courteous, helpful, team-player, cheerful, and to all maintain discipline in all guest areas and ethical behavior.
5. Increase levels of food service quality and enhance overall ambiance of customer experiences
6. Demonstrates urgency in response and handling of customer problems and complaints.
