We are looking for Manager – SMPO (Sourcing,Merchandiser, procurement, operations)

Job Description:
SOURCING & MERCHANDISING:

Search for new sources of supply for hospitality products or any other requirements as given to you.
Find products that make good sales (you would be responsible for driving profitability as per the requirement) and source material at best possible rate.
Monitor trends, research existing competition and product line of sourcing.
Develop new product ideas with clients & external procurement agencies and manage the smooth functioning of client servicing.
Create and manage the database of exhaustive vendors, dealers, suppliers of all possible product line
Find new vendors and manufacturing facilities in India & overseas and ensure healthy relationship with suppliers and vendor management.
Take control of overall strategy, from identifying and developing new suppliers, selecting and evaluating suppliers, maintaining a good relationship with suppliers, controlling cost saving initiatives, being in part of new product development.
OPERATIONS: Manage operations for all procurement & sales initiatives and keep up to date the timelines, inventory and calendar for ‘9 ELEFANTS’ and Chalk 29 projects. Also, take care of any operational job pertaining to support to sales.
Managing sales revenue for the company and doing business development through the leads generated or shared.
