Job Description

Handling telephone calls as per Telephone technique.
Explain about our property to the guest.
Allocating rooms for arrival.
Handle the guest complaints and comments.
Handling check /in and check/out in a qui process.
Maintaining cash register and log book.
Maintain cash receipt, advance receipt and paid out vouchers.
Maintaining guest folder from arrival to payment on departure.
Informing check-in and check-out to concern dept.
Taking special care of VIP and single lady guest.
Good relationship with the guest.
Keeping records for all inventory.
Organizing transportation on guest request.
Coordinating with all the departments.
Maintain the hotel’s high standard of service and hospitality.
Highly skilled in greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests in a polite and resourceful manner.
In-depth knowledge of using computers and basic workplace equipment.
Having guest relation regularly to know about the guest stay atHotel
Overlooked all reservations according to the availability.
To know the guest needs wants before the arrival, and give the best service, E.g. Arrival of VVIP or VIP.
Taking care of the Guest according to standards, provided by the company as well give the guest a feel of Home away from Home
Quality initiatives with overall responsibility to ensure that the business process, and Total Problem Resolution, Overall Satisfaction with the Customers/guest during this process.
