- Ability to maintain tidy front office and have charming personality to handle guests and customers
- Establish new business relation with companies and corporates
- Works within the allocated budget for front office personnel
- Front office executive has to resolve the guests problem if in case in any inconvience they had been through while providing the services
- Supervises workloads during shifts for the front office personnel
- Maintain an organised and comprehensive filing system with documentation of purchases, vouchering, schedules, forecasts, reports and tracking logs
