Job Description
Responsible for reservations via voice / email for Four and Five-star hotels.
Perform necessary administrative functions with regards to reservations,
cancellations.
Resolving customers requests, questions & queries.
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent Communication skills in English.
Quick learner
Basic mathematics skills
Exp:0-3 yrs
Salary: Best in Industry
Timings: Five days working. Variable shifts (No Night shifts for females. Only five night shifts in a month for males)
cab transfers will be provided.
