Job Description
- To clean and maintain all guest areas and back office areas in the hotel as per specified standards and follow plans/schedules set up in the Housekeeping department
- Cleaning guest rooms and preparing them for occupancy
- Checking the room to ensure that guest supplies, menu, directory and minibar have been placed.
- Ensuring that equipment in the room is in working condition.
- Ensuring that guest corridors are clean and well maintained.
- Responding to guest queries and providing assistance in case of requests.
- Responsible for cleaning of lobby area restaurant, rest rooms and banquet halls.
- Picking up and delivering laundry at specified times.
