Roles Responsibilities,

Hiring Criteria

Should have experience in Affordable HL sales.
Should have stable profile
Should be below 32 yrs of age
Should be well aware of the geography
Should be able easily capture the market with the our ROI i.e- 9% to 15% and PF 1% to 2%.

Other Details

v Max CTC offered will be 2.50 Lac (Inhand 15.5k)

v Benefits offered are Medical Insurance for self and family including parents; Life Insurance Cover for self; Personal Accident cover for self (Premium amount borne by company)

v Bonus is paid quarterly on basis of performance (No capping on bonus)

v Additional local conveyance of Rs.5000/- per month

Some Points To Note

Duly filled candidate details to be shared in attached format
Documents to be collected the time of sharing profiles (Last 3 months salary slips, Pan Card, Aadhar Card with number masking). The same need to be shared with us once 1 interview round is cleared.
The applicant should not have been rejected by ICICI HFC in the last six (6) months.
In the case of an ex-employee of the company including group companies, minimum of six (6) months should be lapsed since the last working day with the company.
