Job Description:
- Responsible for day to day operations in HPE CSA/OO
- Make sure that Service Request initiated through HPECSA completes on time to meet Service Level Agreement agreed with customer
- When escalated by L1, troubleshoot flow failures along with platform technical teams and resume the failed flows
- Develop OO flows/CSA Designs as and when required to enhance the service provided or to on-board new services into the Cloud Management Portal (MPP)
- Understand/Validate/Troubleshoot/modify (even development of small pieces) scripts/programs required to Orchestrate IT Infrastructure activities
- Troubleshoot issues and fix bugs in CSA/OO platform and its interfaces
- Responsible for applying horfixes/Service Pack/upgrade of HPE CSA/OO
