Jr. Lecturer recruitment in HP State Cooperative Bank Ltd
Jr. Lecturer in Accountancy and Book keeping /1Post
Qualification: i) Consistently high academic record with 55% or above; Matriculation onwards. ii) Master’s Degree in Commerce with 55% marks or above or Associate/fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. (iii) Desirable two years practical or teaching experience in the field of Accountancy and Book Keeping.
Junior Lecturer in Management/ 1Post
Qualification: (i) Consistently high academic record with 55% and above; Matriculation onwards. (ii) Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Economics from an Institute/ University of repute with 55% or above. (iii) Desirable: Two years Practical or Teaching Experience. M. Phil / CAIIB or Doctorate Degree.
Junior Lecturer in Cooperative Law/1 Post
Qualification: (i) Consistently high academic record 55% and above; Matriculation onwards.(ii) Ist Class Bachelor’s Degree in Law or LLM Degree with 55% or above. (iii) Desirable: Two years experience in teaching/practice of co-operative law /banking law.
Note: The term consistently high academic record of 55% and above shall mean that candidate should possess 55% and above marks in all academic standards right from 10th/10+2, Graduation and post Graduation standard. Candidates possessing less than 55% marks in any academic standard/degree shall not be eligible.
Number of Posts : 3 (one each in three different streams i.e Jr. Lecturer in Accountancy and Book keeping, Junior Lecturer in Management and Junior Lecturer in Cooperative Law)
Age as on 1st January, 2016: Candidate should be above 18 years and below 45 years of age. The candidates born between 01.01.1998 and 02.01.1971 (both days inclusive) are eligible.

Further the commercial banks, were mainly concentrating their business in the urban area and the banking facilities to rural people were not available.
