Job Description
- Manpower Planning, Selection & Recruitment
- Payroll Management
- Knowledge of Statutory Compliances & Labour Laws and performing HR formalities
- Development of Forms & Formats, Policies, Manuals etc. related to HR.
- Grievance Handling & Redressal
- Leaves and Attendance Management
- Induction& On-Going Training
- Confirmations, Performance Appraisals, Performance Management
- Full& Final Settlement Formalities
- Exit-Interviews and Full & Final Settlement
- Specialization in handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential emails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.
- Vendor management- Oversee acquisition, installation, and commissioning of equipment’s that are required for the facility – IT Systems, air conditioning etc.
- Event Management, organizing meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements and hotel reservations for guests & foreign delegates.
- Liaison and Communication with the Clients
- Handling of Internal Software
