Role and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Selection: Prepare Manpower Planning & Managing complete recruitment process for all departments like Store Operations, Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and
  • Training & Development : Training Need identification, arrange the training program, Co- ordinate with concern departmental Head for the same. Also doing review of training.
  • Pay Roll Administration & Time Keeping: Managing payroll function for more than 300 employees Salary deductions, Medical Claims, loans. Also managing payrolls of Contractual staff, Collect attendance data from various locations for salary calculation and generate attendance report of the entire Gujarat employees.
  • For New Joiners/Existing Employees - Preparation of Offer Letters, Appointment, Promotion, Transfer, Confirmation, Reliving & Experience Letters & various certificates like Residence Proof Certificate, etc. Inducting New joined about the company and its policies in brief. Introducing new joined to all the employees of department.
  • Receiving resignation letters, checking whether any due is there against resigned employee. & Prepare Full & Final Statement.
  • Employee Engagement activities : Arrange employee of the week, employee of the month, birth day celebration of employees, party arrangement for the outstanding achievement of the particular month etc
