Job Description
Looking for IT and Non-IT recruiter, with full cycle recruiting experience, to attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings.
- Required 2-5 years any of recruiting experience into Technology hiring (Product/ Services)
- Should have good experience in end to end IT and Non-IT recruitment life cycle (Permanent/ Contract Staffing).
- Should have extensive knowledge on different sourcing techniques i.e: Job portals, Social Networking sites, and Referrals etc.
- Should have exposure working for clients at different geographies.
- Assessing the candidate’s attitude by conducting preliminary interviews.
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Negotiate Offers with the shortlisted candidates.
- Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Education criteria: Any Graduation/ Post Graduation, MBA/ BE’s Preferred.
- Should have Team Managing skill.
- Able to take ownership.
