Job Description
- Handle End to End recruitment Lifecycle i.e source, screen and shortlist and coordinate candidate profiles.
- Understanding the requirement from the clients.
- Network with and headhunt hi-tech passive job seekers.
- Sourcing resume through various Sources e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Job portals,user groups, networking.
- Shortlisting candidates as per the client requirements.
- Coordinating Interviews and follow up with client and candidate.
- Strengthen client relationships and improve service delivery.
