Job Description

The candidate shortlisted for this position would

Be exposed to the complete recruitment cycle right from requirement gathering to closure of position.
Involve in sourcing the profiles from various sources creatively.
Screen candidates and evaluating their technical and communication skills form a HR point of view.
Coordinating with clients and scheduling interviews with the candidates.
Get an opportunity to handle HR Generalist activities including Joining formalities, Induction and Employee engagement activities etc.
Get an opportunity to earn excellent incentives if they are able to close open requirements
Also be involved in market research for various live projects
