Job Description
- Managing end to end recruitment cycle, which includes but not limited to handling in-house recruitment, screening and shortlisting of CVs, conducting telephonic and face to face interviews
- Scheduling employee orientation and training
- Handling joining formalities
- Managing attendance and leave management on daily basis
- Involving in HR generalist activities
- Dealing with employee related issues
- Sending out communication mailers on events and announcements / information pertaining to HR
- Play a key role in employee engagement by organising different activities
- Handling documentation, employee files, Offer and appointment letters, request letters
- Conducting exit interview of resigned employees
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Graduate / BBA/ MBA / freshers. Candidates with brief experience would be preferred.
- Self motivated, team player, with excellent communication ( written / verbal) skills )
