Job Responsibility:
- Database maintenance of employees
- Maintain records of the employee.
- Maintained attendance register
- Update on statutory records, ESI and EPF
- Maintenance of labour registers like Wage, attendance, OT wages, leave bonus.
- Recruitment of manpower
- Build employee rules and regulations
- Act as a communication between the employee and management.
- Access the performance of the staff timely basis.
