Job Responsibilities

The role is focused on sourcing suitable candidates to fill roles with some of the best, biggest Companies in India as well as the management of existing candidates. Working closely with the Recruitment manager and the Team leads, the role assists them in the matching and delivery of appropriately skilled candidates to the Clients

We are lucky enough to have clients who come direct to us and enjoy long lasting ongoing relationships. No two days will be the same in our small fast paced office as we take on more clients and candidates.

The main tasks of the role will be:

·         Understanding the requirements of our vast Client network

·         Sourcing candidates through Portals, Referrals, Social networking sites, ads, head hunting etc

·         Research on new initiatives through which to source candidates;

·         Maintaining Relationships

·         Interviewing and screening candidates;- Mapping candidates to the client requirements

·         Documentation Checking

·         Candidate management.

We are looking for a lateral thinker who enjoys the challenge of out of the box thinking to find solutions to old problems. An Individual who enjoy’s  being part of a small team who work collaboratively to achieve common goals.

The  role will require you to get to know the job seekers and are focused on creating job opportunities for them. On a day to day basis the individual is expected to meet with the job seeker, to gain an understanding of the industries and positions they are suited to and then approach appropriate employers on their behalf to create a sustainable long term position for the individual, and building lasting relationships with the employers.
