The Recruitment Manager will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating the candidates.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
  
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  

• Develop working relationships within colleges and placement officers to aid in recruiting.
• Providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
• Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
  
• Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.

• Ability to screen the suitable candidate for the open position.
