Job Description
We need an HR Recruiter for our firm who can work dynamically for the growth and development of the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing guidance on required advertising
- Providing guidance in screening and selection processes
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)
- Educate client on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process
- Getting vacancy details from employers
- Interviewing and testing job seekers
- Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants
- Screening and shortlisting candidates for employers to interview
- Building relationships with employers and job seekers
- Meeting targets for vacancies filled and people placed
Skills –
- Good communication skills
