HR Admin Executive Fresher Male
  • Supports human resources department by screening and interviewing applicants,orienting new employees,administering employee benefit programs
  • Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
  • Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Answering the phones including :Ordering office stationery supplies, Greeting clients, Responding to clients/candidates enquiries and complaints etc.
  • As a part of the job and responsibility to travel if required any official duty.
  • Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases.
  • Depending on the organisation, duties of the role may extend to the management of social media.
  • Regular monitoring and testing of office properties and computer system, power generators etc
  • Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management;
  • Recording office expenditure and managing the budget.
  • Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
  • Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
  • Writing reports for management and daily updates of office administration
