Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identifying and sourcing suitable candidates for assigned requirements
- Sourcing candidates using all recruiting tools for given requirements
- Posting Job Ads in portals as required
- Screening & short listing resumes / candidates and submit the same
- Proficiency in using professional and social networking tools to source candidates.
- Probing the consultants technically at basic level and short listing based on suitability
- Negotiating rates with consultants / vendors
- Following the Processes & SOP’s outlined by the company
- Resume formatting & submission.
- Co-ordination for interview set up & follow up with candidates
Skills Set /Competencies/Experience required:
- Must have experience in IT recruitment, preferably in US staffing Industry
- Should be able to communicate well – Oral & written
- Candidates from IT background or some exposure or education in IT is preferred, but not a must
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have a passion for a career in HR / Recruitment
