- Must have 1+ years of experience in recruitment
- Co-ordination regarding the interviews with the Candidates
- Hiring experience or knowledge with embedded skill.
- Maintaining a professional relationship with all the Candidates
- Taking care of the Follow-ups
- Prior proven experience in handling more volume of requirements per day
- Excellent existing contacts with candidates
- Must be able to do technical screening
- Use various job boards effectively to identify and recruit qualified candidates
- Proven expertise in managing the recruitment lifecycle
