Job Description
- Should manage and implement recruitment plans.
- Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the policy and timelines
- Be active and visual in the local community. Regularly post adverts for staff as required by the business.
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
- Build effective working relationships with local recruitment providers and stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate recruitment campaigns and staff turnover.
- Make sure recruitment drives are cost effective and develop action plans to improve retention
- Arrange interviews and send relevant correspondence
- Training new or existing employees
- Regular updating of communication channels
- Manage contracts of employment and provide advice and support on HR related matters like grievance and disciplinary procedures, supervision and appraisal, absence management, capability and performance
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Should be focused on delivering best possible results for the organisation, and shows determination, resourcefulness
- Expert in both HR and commercial issues, and takes a professional approach
- Good Understanding and ability to recruit through Social Media sites - using all major platforms mainly LinkedIn, Facebook, youtube.
- An inquisitive, open-minded type, who seeks out new ways to support the development of the organisation
- Able to analyse information quickly and use it to make robust decisions
