The Following shall be the responsibilities of the candidature: (Fresh graduates can also apply).

• Excellent command over English.
• Searching & Screening the candidates suitable for the client's Requirement.
• Ability to Understand the Client Hierarchy and Translate the same with the job seekers.
• Ability to Map the passive job seekers through public community web sites.
• Job Posting on the JOB PORTALS.
• Flair for Recruitment.
• Out-of-the-Box thinking to excite the Candidates with Clients Requirement.
• Good Knowledge in understanding the Niche requirement.
• Communicating with the candidates & educating the candidates about the client requirement.
• Capable of Negotiating and Persuading the candidates to join the client on time. Ability to Interact with the Clients.
• Most importantly must have keen follow-ups for each consultant with whom we work. Should be willing to work on night shifts.
