- Taking interviews to candidates over phone and also face to face in order to check their communication and match according to the job profiles
- Lineup candidates for industries in various sectors
- Eagerness to achieve business targets assigned by Manager
- Screen candidates through various portals - Should have a good social network.
- Act as point of contact for clients and ensure long lasting relationship during the service period
- Provide analytically and well-documented reports on weekly basis
- Following up with candidates for ensuring their joining and taking their feedback
