Job Description
Position Title: Assistant Manager HR
Department: HR
No. of Opening: One
Location: New Delhi
Educational qualification: MBA HR, BBA
Exp: 1-4 years
Annual Salary (CTC): RS 20-25k p.m., will depend on last drawn salary
Role Description:
- Responsible for the recruitment process , joining formalities.
- Handle Time, Attendance & Payroll management, Statutory
- Coordinate for employee engagement activities
- Generation of letters- appointment, relieving & increment etc
- Responsible for HR MIS Reports, provide analytical and well-documented reports
- Coordination with the Regional Offices
- Managing employee relations
- Maximize the effectiveness of the HR function by using systems and procedures that ensure compliance
Skills Required:
- Sound knowledge of HR policies & procedures
- Payroll experience
- Good interpersonal skills with the capabilities to work in the team with a pragmatic problem-solving skill.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to employee service
- Good Communication Skills, Computer Proficiency is mandatory
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS software
