HITLAB - Job Details

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support at HITLAB. 

  • This multifaceted role is the glue of the day-to-day operations at the lab. 
  • The candidate must be confident in his/her organizational, time-management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and computer skills are must. 
  • Candidate must be professional, mature, and represent the values of HITLAB (innovation, collaboration, curiosity, and impact). 
  • Responsibilities include a willingness to work collaboratively and independently, an ability to perform in ambiguous situations, and a strong desire to learn and take risks.


  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HITLAB India Office: answering phones, managing the calendar, assisting visitors, and resolving a wide range of administrative and operational challenges and inquiries to ensure smooth operation.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, appointments and other similar activities, along with coordinating accompanying travel and lodging arrangements.
  • Compose and prepare timely responses to a variety or routine written inquiries.
  • Coordinate grant sponsor visits, and special requests.
  • Plan and execute group events (internal/external)- including catering, supplies, and client needs.
