Job Description
- Organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency
- Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact
- Create periodic reports for the managers
- Create and maintain liaison with external agencies and suppliers/vendors
- Train new hires with preliminary work information
- Assist in interviewing and hiring personnel
- Manage files, record systems, office supplies and inventory
- Ensure protection and security of files and records
- Perform other related duties as required
