Recruitment & HR Administration

• Assist in the recruitment process
  
• Arranging Interviews, coordinating the selection process
  
• Conducting induction for new joiners to create awareness of the Recruitment function
  
• Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters & Relieving letters Completing joining Formalities and documentation.
  
• Maintaining database of joined & Resigned employees.
  
• Interpreting policies and procedures to ensure agency vision, mission
  
• Keep current with employment law and HR regulations to ensure regulatory compliance
  
• Administers Medical Insurance of staff and Working closely with the insurance company for Workers Compensation and Disability and sick/injured.
  
• Coordinating with bank for opening staff salary account

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

• Handling payroll & Statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, andTDS).
  
• Handling daily attendance & Leave Management
  
• Handling employee reimbursements, bonus, incentive payouts etc
  
• Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries
  
• Calculation and processing of Full and Final payments.
  
• Documentation of reports with regards to PF, ESIC, etc

Employee Engagement & Admin

• Assist expats in FRRO and visa process documentation
  
• Perform administrative and supervise office support activities
  
• Effectively manage staff welfare measures – JALSA, Festivals, and other company events celeberation
