Job Description
● Receiving requirement from the team Leader.
● Analyzing the requirement.
● Preparing JD for the different openings.
● Updating the candidates with relevant openings.
● Browsing job portals & our own database for the right candidate.
● Perform salary negotiations, interview coordination and post recruitment assistance and other duties as required.
● Recruit for both IT and NonIT positions
● Work on references, mapping, head hunting.
● Maintaining the Recruitment Tracker.
● Participation in Managerial Human Resource Planning Decision.
● Shortlist the selected candidates and forward that profile to the concerned person.
● Follow up with the candidate till joining.
