- End to End Recruitment for manufacturing plant.
- Searching & short listing the candidates resumes through job portal, internal database, and references.
- Handling internal hiring for various positions.
- Conducting telephonic interview to check suitability and availability of candidates for further interview with concerned person.
- Lining up the candidates and Scheduling interviews and follow up on the feedbacks till joining.
- MIS reporting.
- Other day to day work
