Job Description
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Ability to understand customer value stream processes across enabling functions in an organization
- Assisting the value stream owner to track and make changes
- Document the process using MS-word, MS-power point presentation (MS-Visio knowledge will be preferred)
- Create checklists for the assigned value streams
- Working closely with enabling functions to ensure timely delivery of tasks/projects.
- Participates in conference calls and able to communicate effectively
- Should be a Quick Learner and a Team Player.
- Should be able to identify priorities and react to them accordingly and deliver within timelines.
- Process documentation of Admin processes
- Process map creation
- Metrics generation
- Data analysis Communication material preparation
