Job Description
- working on End to End recruitment process
- Sourcing candidates through various sources
- Job portals, social network and head hunting
- Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites
- Preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /shortlisting the right profile against the given requirement
- Schedule interviews with different levels / clients and follow up for the feedbacks
- Follow up with shortlisted candidate till they onboard
- Willing to work in night shifts.
- Good Communication skills- both verbal and written,
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients,
- Must be able to work in a team.
