Job Description
- Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in US Recruitment/ 1-2 years in international call center experience (Male or Female).
- Should have extensive experience in full recruitment life cycle—sourcing, coordinating, Interviews scheduling and hand-holding/follow-up of the final selected candidate, until joining.
- Experience sourcing resumes through internal databases, job portals, references, professional social media like LinkedIn, etc.
- High Comfort level with niche hiring/headhunting & critical search assignments at low to senior levels
- Experience in thorough reviews of JDs & flagging the gaps well within timelines—to ensure the deliverable timelines are adhered to OR bettered.
- Willingness to learn & continuously discover along the way….technologies.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS Reporting.
- Must be willing to work in night shifts.
- Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
