- Candidate with self-confidence and smartness with experience in working closely with core HR related
- works / functions.
- E2E recruiting life cycle experience: job posting, candidate sourcing, phone pre -screening,
- interviews, salary/rate negotiations, reference checks, and offers made to candidates.
- Negotiated salaries, qualified candidates utilizing Prove IT, Tech Check, and, set up interviews
- with clients, meet the candidates at the interviewing sites and negotiate contracts and rates with
- each candidate.
- Responsible for recruiting and placed the candidates in all client companies.
- Perform End-to- End Recruitment process for consulting workforce.
- Strong candidate sourcing, competency based interviewing, negotiation in CTC and relationship management skills.
