Job Description
- Must have 3+ Years of experience in Bench Sales (Ladies Preferred).
- Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites and share them with consultants
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
- Should maintain good relation with the candidates.
- Flexible working with night Shifts (PST Time Zone)
- Marketing company bench consultants (H1 Transfer/OPT/CPT/ F1/L1, GC, and USC)
- Establish the Vendor contacts on regular basis should know various techniques in identifying the potential requirements on portals, networking sites that would suite the bench consultants.
- Required to interact with the clients and submit the profiles.
- Should be comfortable making cold calls and follow-ups on a regular basis and increase the PRIME VENDOR list
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
Required Skills:
- Must have a Good Sales attitude.
- Excellent negotiation skills, prior outbound sales experience is preferred
- Responsibilities include calling on prime vendors, developing corporate account relationships, presenting consultants, negotiating and finalizing contracts.
- Must have good understanding of tax terms Corp-to-Corp/ W2/ 1099.
