Job Description
We are looking for self-starting, energetic and hardworking individual. Our ideal candidate must have creative sourcing strategies and be able to develop a pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing techniques (including but not limited to networking, user-groups, professional affiliations, job postings and resume mining).
- Candidate should have good knowledge of Recruitment.
- Should have knowledge of using job portals, placing advertisement for various job openings.
- Should have knowledge of other HR activities including Personnel data entry and record maintenance, preparing offer letters, assisting in payroll, employee engagement,
- Maintaining Employee Database, Collect and compile daily attendance, prepare salary sheet in the month end.
- Issuing joining report to the candidate selected, coordinate issuance of relieving letter, experience letter etc.
- understanding on interview scheduling and hiring process
Experience of some consultancy will be a plus.
1. Should be presentable and possess good English communication skills.
2. Should have a pleasing personality with a positive attitude.
3. Strong communication skills both in written and verbal.
4. Good administrative skills.
5. Flexibility and willingness to learn.
6. The ability to work as part of a team.
7. Willing to work with Start-up.
