- Requirements for Technical Recruiter
- Should be comfortable working in Night Shift (6.30 PM IST to 3.30 AM IST)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn technical information
- Self-confidence and self-starter
Role & Responsibility:
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
- Format resumes meeting client expectations
- Research new technologies
- Follow up with candidates
- Demonstrated experience with social media recruiting methods
- Maintain proactive recruiting efforts to support our core competencies pipeline
- Review all requisitions and identify appropriate candidates
- Presentation of candidates to Manager for open requisitions
- Experience within a small boutique recruiting company
- Hands on with MICROSOFT Word And Excel
- Maintain strong candidate follow up, during entire interviewing and hiring process
Core Competencies:
Excellent Communication Skills – Write AND Speak!
· Technology knowledge – Ability to understand technology and stay abreast of technology trends at all Client Companies. This includes: Developers, Java, C#, .NET, SharePoint, Testing, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Architects, Database Administrators, Etc.
