Mandatory
- B.Tech / B.E. / MBA - Any Specialization
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Should have 5 to 7 years’ experience in handling office administration, procurement, recruitments etc.
- Specialization in handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, quotations, monthly billing, Payments, cheques etc.,
- Ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Negotiation Skill.
- A good listener and speaker.
- Should be self-driven, self-motivated and should possess excellent core personality skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Additional
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & 27001:2013 certification, documentation and implementation.
- 3+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource, Labour Relations and Employee Relations roles is plus.
- 3+ years of experience in working with IT service company will be added advantage.
