  • Find qualified candidates on Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and various social media channels
  • Perform extensive internet-based research, data mining, cold calling, and other sourcing techniques to build candidate pipelines and profiles.
  • Cold call and build relationships by phone/email using job boards and social media sites to generate awareness and candidate flow.
  • Work with recruiter to establish a pipeline of candidates for opening's in various locations.
  • Team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal/communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
