Job Description
- Understanding client requirements based on the technical expectations of the client and the project needs.
- Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment, which includes multi-channel sourcing, screening, qualifying, closing high-level skills in time and negotiation with candidates.
- Handling all functions of recruitment from sourcing of candidates through in-house database, job portals, and referrals.
- Scrutinizing, screening and short listing resume based on specific criteria, skills, platforms, qualifications and relevant experience.
- Brief the candidates about the company & basic information about profile & interview procedure in close coordination with the client.
- Doing quality check resume by conducting the preliminary interview over the phone.
- Handling recruitment from executive level to senior level positions.
- Planning and strategizing for all the recruitments within the defined time frames.
- Negotiation with candidates for offers and notice period after due diligence to put them at the right place.
- Interview Scheduling, all follow-up and feedback actions thereafter till the close of the position.
- Resolving critical problem areas and delivering on client commitments.
- Maintain Candidates Tracking Sheet & MIS reports for keeping better track with the management.
