Typical responsibilities of the job include:
devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall Organization and business strategy
Support current and future Organization and business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Nurture a positive working environment
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance probation
