Job Description
Overall Job Purpose
- The Executive – Talent Sourcing will make a proactive business contribution and be an integral member of the Sourcing team.
- The individual will work closely with the stakeholder to deliver the overall business agenda.
- The role will incorporate working closely with the candidate as well as client and act as the main point of contact throughout the Resourcing process.
- Pre-Requisites - Should have Excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Provide a comprehensive recruitment service using the relevant recruitment system.
- Responsible for all middle and senior level requirements by head hunting, speaking to candidates, scrutinizing and short listing resumes from database and internet.
- Head hunting adhering to specific timelines.
- Organize & Co –ordinate with Candidates for interview scheduling of middle and senior level hiring & feedback from Clients.
- Daily processing of internal and external applications and candidate correspondence.
- Log and track candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- To respond to candidates and answer candidate queries.
- Undertake testing of candidates in verbal and numerical reasoning as indicated for any campaign.
- Follow up on offers.
- Maintaining various MIS and organization charts on regular basis with respect to Recruitment Candidate mapping etc
- Maintenance and computerization of resume database in-house.
- Building excellent rapport with the clients and candidates
- Building Innovative sources of recruitment
