Job Description
- To act as support function for solving HR queries or providing guidance on processes/policies/HR Systems.
- To help and support in vendor management, new tie-ups with recruitment agencies, co-ordination for recruitment, regular follow-ups with the partners with new requirements.
- Cold calling to the potential candidates as per the requirements.
- Preparing the database and maintaining recruitment dashboards.
- To ensure the service is constantly improving, provide regular feedback on frequently asked queries, volume or queries and suggestions for improvements in process and communications.
- Able to liaise effectively with recruitment agencies, produce a high standard of written communication and provide sufficient and clear information verbally.
