Job Description
Shall be responsible for all HR related activities from Recruitment to Exit of an employee.
Handling the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources (head hunting, cold calling, institutes, job portal, references etc.)
Responsible for screening and short listing of the candidates, scheduling interviews, negotiating salary. Creating JDs, posting on portals, conducting reference checks.

- Should be sharp and have a good sense of judgement. Needs to be confident.
