  • Hands on experience on Sourcing and End to End Recruitment experiences.
  • Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On-Boarding etc)
  • Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search.
  • Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets
  • The candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation and should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
  • Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based recruiting Tools.
  • Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates.
  • Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
  • Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • To understand Technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
  • Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from the effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within desired time frame.
  • Posting vacancies on portals. Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.
  • Responsible for negotiation, paperwork validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching the consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
  • Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities.
