Job Description:

• Responsible for end to end recruitment based on hiring strategy from the Head HR.
• Regular reconciliation of manpower from the manpower budget and filing gaps within specified timelines.
• Source candidates from portals and innovate hiring methods. Coordinate with consultants for sourcing candidates.
• Conducting aptitude test and psychological test if needed, preparing and analysing reports and forward it to department Head and HR Head for final interview.
• Skills matching as per job requirements, preliminary screening of the candidates and recommend them for the next round of interviews. Salary negotiations and closing leads within a target timeframe.
• Responsible for effectively networking by referral / reference contacts, internal employees, conducting industry research, cold calling & attending events.
• Ensure documentation on joining and cross verification. Processing complete documents for Payroll and maintain all records for audit.
• Maintain & Reports metrics on all steps in recruiting process

Required Skill Set:

• Good Communication Skills.
• Any Graduate/ post graduate in Human resource management.
• Freshers are required.
• Preferred Females from Noida/ East Delhi location only.

Working Timings: 4:30 PM - 12:00 PM,
5 Days (Monday - Friday),
Salary + one sided cab +One time meal
