Job Description

Responsibilities:

Accounts

  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of periodic and ad-hoc management report
  • Liaise with Auditor / Tax Agents / Banker / Government Authorities.

 Human Resources

  • Orientation on company policy for new hire.
  • Arrangement of external & internal training.
  • Monthly wages, salary report to Accounts department, monthly manpower & training report.
  • Administration function: Keeping the staff personal files

 Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting /  HR Management.
  • 3 - 5 years of working experience in Accounts and also HR related field.
  • PC literate with proficient in MS Office application (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
