- Sharply analyzing the job description, roles and responsibilities of the requirement.
- Posting the job opening in various portals.
- Framing keywords for sourcing the correct resumes
- Applying innovative keywords and various search filters to source matching profiles through job portals
- Calling the sourced candidates, interviewing them on certain Parameters.
- Calling them for face interview after approval from top management.
- Conducting face interview and screening the candidate based on his experience.
- Negotiating the joining dates, salary.
- Offer letter generation after candidate’s selection for the given position
- Completing the joining formalities of the candidate
